In creating Sauced, we really wanted to bring the South to Northern California, so we literally did just that. All the wood and corrugated ceiling here is reclaimed and shipped in from barns in Georgia and North Carolina. Sure, we’ve added some upscale spin to our fare, but at its heart, every dish and every drink is full of the classic flavors that gather folks around the dinner table. And because Sauced is a family business, you’re not just a customer when you’re here — you’re part of the family, too.
